Minimalist Charcuterie.

Plate with meat, cheese, sliced fruit and veg, and crackers.
Two kinds of italian dried salami. Five kinds of cheese. Two styles of cracker. Sliced apple and cucumber.
All of the pieces that have been cut are pieces back together to look almost solid again.

The same plate, but showing a stack of long thin crackers, the top few with a broken split down the middle of each. The two parts of the cracker are split down the middle successively wider like a canyon. Each split cracker piece is matched opposite the piece it broke from.

In case you were wondering what's up with those long crackers, here's the proof that I actually matched them up. These crackers broke while in the packing, and I pulled them out separately and then matched them like puzzle pieces.
