A polaroid showing the moodboard for the fic is peeking out from the envelope graphic. The moodboard is mainly in hues of gold. It shows on a 3x3 grid from left to right:

Top: a mountainscape with the sun setting or rising; a close up of Namjoon’s dragon eyes; golden scales and sharp teeth.

Middle: a disastrous fire; a close-up of a pile of hoarded treasures and jewellery; trees with golden sunlight peeking through.

Bottom: a living space inside a cave; golden scales; Hoseok from his photo folio in golden lighting, arms crossed, one hand gloved, the other with a claw on one finger.

The dragon turns away from Hoseok, and with a single exhale, breathes a roaring stream of fire into the stone hearth.

The air warms quickly, but Hoseok trembles all the same. He is quick to slip from the edge of the bed, dropping down onto the cold stone so that he is kneeling, head bowed and hands clasped meekly behind his back.

“I think there’s been some mistake,” Hoseok whispers to the floor, voice as loud as he dares to speak.

“Oh?” and there is surprise in the dragon’s tone.

“I-I’m not the Prince. I am not your fated mate,” Hoseok says, voice shaking. “I’m sorry, my Lord.”

Or

Golden dragon Namjoon takes servant Hoseok back to his lair instead of the prince, convinced Hoseok is his fated mate.
