Rob Sutter @robsutter.dev · 27/11/2024Remember this little guy for tomorrow. Pressing thin sliced potatoes in a cream sauce into a terrine that will chill overnight. Tomorrow I’ll cut it into cubes, dust two sides with Parmesan cheese, and sauté to finish. 000 0
