Great artiicle as always, but look at the wider HRA..... this SoH thing is (if i can us a natve term) "bollixing" everything.... and redundancy and route changes are going to explode inflation....

2/13 Global trade became self-stabilising through finance, insurance markets, supply-chain economics and interdependence. Sea lanes stayed open because disruption hurt everyone. Naval power became quieter, more background than foreground. A reason for reduced UK naval spending. #Globalisation
