3/10 We’ve actually seen this before. During COVID, crews were stuck onboard and relief crews couldn’t travel. But we built a system: Global coordination Travel corridors Exemptions It wasn’t perfect, but it worked.

4/10 Today, we haven’t done that. Ships are anchored Routes are uncertain Flights to and from the Gulf States are intermittent at best Insurance is strained Relief crews are hesitant to enter a war zone (rightly so) So instead of moving crews, we’re managing endurance.
