I don't sleep. Not any more. 24/7 I am exhausted. It is objectively not hot in this room but my body refuses to accept that. It's 67F; that's absolutely lovely... normally. There's just no strength left at all. Even the idea of getting out of this chair is exhausting.

This year had so much promise, but every single day of it has been mercilessly hard. And I have it so easy compared to so many people I know -- and it makes no goddamned difference. I still can't do it.

I know my body is completely broken, and it has been for so long, but the only real option is to keep going and keep trying and I'm so overwhelmed with what I still have to do, am helpless to do almost any of it, I can't sleep, and it's just so fucking hot.
