Buckle: A true Cake. Fresh fruit (like berries) is mixed directly into the cake batter, causing it to buckle. Cobbler: Baked fruit is topped with dropped dollops of biscuit dough (Cobblestones) Crisp: Baked fruit is covered with a crumbly mixture of flour, butter, sugar, and rolled oats.
