That likely wasn't the intention of the questionnaire but it would be interesting to test it in other diseases (depression, MS, reuma, etc.) and see which scores are typical for ME/CFS compared to these other diseases. 110

If it’s specificity, I can’t see much use until we have an objective test for PEM. Clinicians can’t fully understand PEM who haven’t experienced it, & many patients bias score (thinking they have PEM) when they don’t. 010
