2) The study is called the Fatigue in Long COVID (FALCON) trial. It aims to randomised 100 Long Covid participants to either the Lightning Process or Activity pacing. Everything will be done online, including treatment sessions and outcome assessment.

3) For those who don't yet know: the Lightning Process is a commercial treatment created by a British osteopath that is based on questionable ideas such as neurolinguistic programming. It encourages patients to say stop to their symptoms.
