2) ME/CFS patients did have slightly higher B2 adrenergic antibodies - similar to a previous study by Scheibenbogen's group - but this was likely due to a couple of outliers at the top. Most of the ME/CFS patients and controls were in a similar range with lots of variation.

3) The other antibodies tested showed no significant difference between ME/CFS patients and healthy controls. 35% of ME/CFS patients had POTS but this subgroup didn't have different levels of autoantibodies either.

4) The authors highlight correlations between muscaranic autoantibodies and cognitive performance but they had a lot of clinical measures and didn't correct for multiple comparisons so have doubts if this is significant Higher antibodies were correlated with better performance.
