Okay, we’re sorry…it’s a school night, we know… But, stick with us, because we’ve got a case of the zoomies! 🔍 Here’s an area of Deep Field South zoomed in 16x 🌌 (1/3)

$LEFT - Image description: A sea of stars and galaxies sparkle against a black background. Several galaxies can be identified by their elongated shape and/or spiral arms. Some galaxies are seen edge-on while one prominent spiral galaxy at the bottom centre is seen face-on. At the far right, between the middle and top of the image, are some interacting galaxies. Galaxy clusters are also seen, in particular near bottom centre, where features smeared into arcs represent gravitational lensing. The brightest stars in the image have diffraction spikes.]$ $RIGHT - Image description: A sea of stars and galaxies sparkle against a black background. Wait, you want more? Okay…here’s 70x… 🔎 But don’t let us stop you going even further! Head to @esa.int ‘s sky.esa.int/esasky/ and select the Euclid Deep Fields, where you can zoom to your hearts content! 🕵️‍♀️ It’s galaxies and gravitational lenses galore! (2/3)

$LEFT - A sea of galaxies of many different shapes and sizes, oriented in all directions and many with spiral arms visible. A large, nearby face-on spiral galaxy draws attention at the bottom centre of the image. Two bright stars in the centre and to the left are seen with prominent diffraction spikes. In between the two stars lie a lensed galaxy cluster, with arc-like smears surrounding the central bright galaxy cluster.$ $RIGHT - A sea of galaxies of many different shapes and sizes, oriented in all directions and many with spiral arms visible. A large, nearby face-on spiral galaxy draws attention at the bottom centre of the image. Two bright stars in the centre and to the left are seen with prominent diffraction spikes. In between the two stars lie a lensed galaxy cluster, with arc-like smears surrounding the central bright galaxy cluster.$
