What if it's a ploy from TT and Rockstar to drum up _even more_ hype around the game. People see the leaks and are like "holy crap, some of these look dope, I was skeptical but I might actually buy it"
Or it could be Netflix hyping up for their GTA VI reveal for a similar reason.
