Sounds like a Roland Juno-60 was used here. The string pad has the richness that comes from the combination of saw+PWM and chorus - a signature Juno sound. The bass could only come from a Juno-60 - 3-octave-up arpeggiator, saw+square sub-oscillator, and perfect "snap" envelope.
