We do! Unfortunately, some of our mandated training videos dont fully sink in to some of out staff and they require additional, extended, work in order to have the lessons sink in. Having some sort of counsellor would be a huge boon for us.

Ask me anything, anonymously.

Job markets rough. Have a counselling degree, does Beaw Corp have need for managing HR or similar services.

These struggling employees would benefit from having a friendly face they can turn to. They'd open up to you and you can identify which are having issues with their training. Then, you can work with them to break through any mental blocks stopping their self progress. Welcome to the team.
