This image shows a spiral galaxy, likely NGC 1566, also known as the Spanish Dancer. The galaxy is located about 60 million light-years away in the constellation Dorado. It is a Seyfert galaxy, meaning it has an active nucleus powered by a supermassive black hole. The galaxy is characterized by its bright blue core and prominent spiral arms.
