Small portion of the deep universe. Almost every spec of light here is a distant galaxy, containing countless of stars. Processed JWST/NIRCam data by @thocarp.bsky.social p www.flickr.com/photos/19746... 🔭 🧪

A deep-field image of a massive galaxy cluster, SPT-CLJ0151-5954, taken by the James Webb Space Telescope's Near-Infrared Camera (NIRCam). The image shows a vast number of galaxies, both young and old, in a wide range of colors and shapes. The cluster is so massive that it acts as a gravitational lens, warping the light of galaxies behind it and magnifying them. This allows us to see galaxies that are too faint to be detected with other telescopes.

The image is filled with details, including bright, active galaxies, distant, faint galaxies, and clusters of galaxies. The colors in the image represent different wavelengths of light, with blue and green representing shorter wavelengths and red representing longer wavelengths. The overall effect is a stunning and awe-inspiring view of the universe on a massive scale.

Those kinds of pics are just amazing. Every now and again I Google up rover images of Mars and just marvel!

So whatever it might have been that I could have achieved with my life at my human, earth bound scale, wouldn't make a jot of difference anyway. Any possible waves I might create would be lost in the void. So... more JD or less is the question.
