The Government promised that they would promote these modules. It is DHSC that should be urging Trusts to inform staff about them. 143 4

There was *supposed* to be an "awareness campaign" in place by May this year. "Taking steps" seems to mean putting modules on the hub, but then not promoting them effectively. 024 4
