anyway food for thought:
if an adult man were forced by his boss to bend over, possibly lower his pants, and allow himself to be struck painfully on the buttocks with a hard wooden paddle, spoon, belt, or hand, would that be:
a) not just assault but *sexual* assault
or b) "necessary discipline"
