No, it is not. The dental health in Mexico (I live near the border) is so far ahead of ours, and I got a crown made (and then remade in 3 hours), and a full scan of my mouth plus x-rays without using that painful thing in the mouth. Cost me all of $550 for the privilege. We no longer have innovation
