Leftovers pork fried rice

Mise en place with ingredients mostly diced to be cooked. There's a maroon cutting board with a knife on it. There are small glass bowls with green beans, shallots, scallions, along with a takeout box of rice and cut up pork chop, plus various sauces and toppings

Finished fried rice, still in the wok. There are eggs in there, even though they weren't shown in the last pic.

Looks scrumptious! I have those exact same bottles of oyster sauce and Shao Xing cooking wine!
