Had a really hard work day today. Got passed over for a promotion because of, honestly? Favoritism. the person who got it? The same person who beat me out for a promotion last year.
I’ve now lost to this person twice.
She’s Roman & I’m the 2023-2024 Roster.
She’s IYO SKY and I’m Rhea Ripley
