After two weeks, does anybody have more information about this?

We also heard from a questioner yesterday that many "CLPS projects" were informed on Monday of 20-70% budget cuts in FY27. I haven't seen any other public report on this, and everything I know is in the question. If this is true, why were those project budgets cut? Was it to pay for PROMISE?

And what is the status of "PROMISE." The consensus opinion of "PROMISE" among people I talked to at LEAG was that it is --- and this is a direct quote --- "such a stupid fucking idea."
