Nope, the PANCAM specs paper, at:
pancam.sese.asu.edu/pancam_instr...
gives the filter list, they were different in the left and right cameras. They ended up using an IR filter insead of the red most of the time because of greater contrast in IR which was more helpful in composition studies.
