I can't see many charities going for it if they have to cover 80%, they'd end up with almost the same number of grants funded (an important issue for them with comms and further fundraising) 100 0

That seems a small point, but not helpful if you are looking at cost recovery by funder type, just when it is an important thing to be looking at. Will this also inflate MRC grant figures? 100 0
