Temporary, but not arbitrarily temporary. TPS does not say, "You get protected status for 3 months & then back you go." It depends on what is happening in their country of origin. Right now there is still a civil war going on in Haiti. Gangs rule. Haitians would be sent back to their deaths. Lunacy.
