Protests are spreading across Japan after another woman was killed in Okinawa, allegedly by a US Marine.
According to the Okinawa Police, the 20-year-old, Devin Jacob Ballard, is accused of killing the woman at a hotel in Naha and stealing her backpack and wallet.
