Socks the Plushy ✡️ @rainbowsockscat.bsky.social · 16/08/2026I think a lot of modern shows are too afraid of episodes that don't move the plot forward. Give me character interactions! Filler episodes where we just watch the characters be themselves! Funny one offs! 11373
Boogey @boogeymachok.bsky.social · 17/08/2026I kinda dont like when shows evolve into "The Plot" so now it becomes more "serious" and need to focus on the "main story" and all the fun and silly stuff of the "one off" episodes are left behind and forgotten 000
✨ Natural 🐶 @natural-78779269.bsky.social · 17/08/2026Yes!!! I LOVE knowing more about characters and their tidbits!! Not everything needs to be about the plot... 000
Never Ween @nevercauses.trouble.tube · 17/08/2026I'm gonna write way more, but really I can summarise it as "some people want to watch the main story, not fanfiction, until they do" If I've been watching a plot/character development driven show and I get an episode where neither that or even worldbuilding happens, I'd be upset>> 120
Data -> BFC2026 @datahazard64.bsky.social · 17/08/2026I love the little occasional goofy filler or spin off episode but I hear soooooooo many people complain about them like it's the worst thing ever every time a series has one 020
Luis @loosf.bsky.social · 16/08/2026the best episodes of jojo part 4 are Technically Filler "Let's go eat italian food" 000
🍉Auggie🍉 @auggiewoggie.bsky.social · 17/08/2026I love episodes that are "technically filler", but provide the vitally important service of letting the audience get to know and become invested in characters. 040
Spelly/Spark @spelly-spark.bsky.social · 17/08/2026That is why I like Chainsmoker Cat. It is just character interaction moments. I miss shows like this. I just want interesting characters, living their lives, having moments with each other. 🐱 010
