In today’s blog at The Legacy of Dominic Deegan I reflect on one moment of happiness from @connecticon.bsky.social weekend, where I took a chance with an outfit and didn’t know how the Cosplay Death Match crowd would respond to it. KEEP IT ON AT CONNECTICON www.dominic-deegan.com/keep-it-on-a...

Me in a very colorful DIY wizard-type outfit.

That looks DELIGHTFUL! I'm so glad the crowd was into it, and I'm SO disappointed I couldn't make it! (Didn't plan ahead for the con like a fool, and we just got whacked with about 7K in emergency vet care, I couldn't justify the cost this year. I will try to plan ahead next year lmao)

Vet care is a blindside and I don’t blame you for skipping this year. But with luck you can make it in 2027, and my outfit will (hopefully) be even better! 🤞
