what happens when you put 2.5 guitarists and 1.5 pianists in a room together? THIS a big lovely thank you to @kcdstudios.bsky.social for letting me steal her boys to play with. Denver & Daniel would get along SO WELL with Danny & Alden from B-Side You, another webcomic about boys and music!!!

finally -- 1. full disclaimer: everything I know about the Chopin competition is from anime & one (1) video I sometimes put on in the background of Hayato Sumino's round 2. Denver's Gibson is a Les Paul Standard that didn't come in that tv yellow color but I'm taking LIBERTIES
