I'm still new here, and maybe have not curated my feeds enough to make this call, but it feels like same dominant voices are taking up the space. For my part, hoping to elevate my voice as a first-gen, Asian ECR in behalf of those unseen, hoping to be thoughtful and open in replies.

And going to be intentional with my invite codes - rather than donate to a common pool, going to invite diverse voices that I think contribute to pleasant conversations, one that is integrative, supportive and giving. Hoping to listen, learn, and to give back - not only to take (and self-promote).
