This person told me that they love their queer grandchild very much. I wonder how they, a conservative married to a representative who has gleefully eliminated DEI in my state, feel about the administration now that it has removed Title IX protections for queer students.
@renlodraws.bsky.socialBit the bullet and sent a message to someone I personally know who's married to a conservative rep. I know and have met both of them, which made their descent into MAGA so disturbing.
It might be pointless, but I hope hearing from someone they once knew shifts something. Anything's worth trying.
