GP practices are required to keep their online consultation tools running throughout core hours from October, under GP contract changes.

We, as patients, can help by reducing the demands on our GPs by managing our own health problems sensibly and only seek help when it is necessary. When we had stronger family units Granny, with lots of experience of dealing with minor ailments was the first port of call 😩. Alas, no longer.
