Hello,

Is this a human person I'm speaking to or is this more automated responses? I'm more than frustrated, and I don't think that anyone actually DOES understand my frustrations. I've gotten nothing but automated responses to the point where I question whether or not customer support is all generative AI. I do NOT feel supported at ALL as a customer since no matter how often I contact customer support, its nothing but automatic robotic responses copy pasted into every email with a slightly different name at the bottom. Where are the people supposedly part of customer support? Are there people at all? I have to wonder that each and every time because of the copy pasting each time. It is no wonder that so many people just give up and accept whatever comes to them even when it's completely unjust and unfair. The terms of service as they currently exist implicate each and every player for their every action. I've stated this across MULTIPLE EMAILS and not a single time have I ever seen any of the supposed feedback I am providing ever changing ANYTHING. What are these supposed "appropriate parties" that my feedback is sent to? Why is there such an issue with transparency with Final Fantasy XIV's North American user base?

If I have to question whether or not I'm speaking to a person when reaching out for support, then there may as well be no support at all. I would also like to know what department this feedback would be forwarded to.

"I can assure you, you're talking to a live representative" that sounds like something a bot would say. That sounds like something a genAI bot would say. They closed the damn ticket theres nothing i can do now, im so tired of this fuckass company LMAO like what. fucking wild shit
