To be clear: I’m really thankful I have a fantastic position! But still, this is too much chaos this early in one’s career, and now when/if I begin taking in students, the traditional pathways I’ve navigated may not be there.
I guess the biggest lesson I’ve learned is — learn to pivot and fast😅
