yeah that's a no from me boss

Hi D,

I came across your background and wanted to reach out about a Senior Technical Program Manager opportunity at DraftKings.

This role sits within our Sportsbook Trading space and focuses on leading complex data initiatives across Engineering, Analytics, Trading, and Data. We’re looking for someone with strong technical/data experience who enjoys driving cross-functional programs and working with tools like Snowflake, Databricks, and SQL.

Would you be open to a quick conversation to learn more?

Best,
Erica

Hi Erica,

Thanks for reaching out. Sports betting a moral stain on our country that is destroying lives and marriages and is directly linked to increases in domestic violence and harassment of female athletes. You should consider finding a new job and certainly consider me a hard no on this.

Kind regards,

Also, their comp is aggressively meh for the talent pool they’re looking at.
