I saw Martin Short say his wife died of cancer, his daughter of mental illness. 'These are illnesses, sometimes they're terminal.' He doesn't blame his daughter. In her way she finally asked to go just as his wife did. But now he wants to say the word suicide like people say cancer, to be faced.
