He took an oath to uphold the Constitution! What he said is impeachable on its face. The Founders would have not only impeached this guy but put him in prison. Or exiled him.

Perhaps he is setting up "his" lawyers for when the crap hits the fan. As in, "I was relying on advice of counsel."

The 20th Amendment is being ignored by the President, who took an oath to uphold the Constitution. Every NIH person took an oath to “defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.” Conduct yourselves accordingly.

Any kid over the age of 11 years old, who watches TV or a movie with a military/law enforcement swearing in ceremony, would know this is a part of the oath of office for government office holders/military/law enforcement people. Trump took this very oath of office in January. Methinks he's lying.
