Got word that several NIH employees in a group working on cancer clinical trials got terminated via email this evening. “The [cancer research] trials will literally not be able to function without us.” Trump and Musk are killing cancer research. 🧪

Ask your contacts to call their local media to highlight the work they were doing. Not just national media. Local stories highlight impact as well.

As someone who has had two of four parents (including step) killed by cancer and another battling, I can’t tell you how sick this makes me. My dad is only ‘battling’ because of recent advances in immunotherapy.
