Surgery follow up appointment, almost 8 weeks post valve replacement and 4.5 weeks post second sternotomy, went well. Surgeon says I’m still healing, and he would expect it to take up to 8 more weeks, to resume normal activity levels. I’ll come back in 8 weeks for a check up to see if he clears me.
