They are importing oil from IRAN. That is probably also the oil they are selling FLATUS. FLATUS is probably buying oil and funding the country he is simutaneously bombing. 3152

Russia flipped to a net diesel importer after Ukrainian drones chewed through refining, so it buys from Tehran and re-exports. US buyers fund Moscow and Tehran at once while Washington tells Kyiv to stop hitting the refineries. A workaround with a receipt. 031
