Made breakfast today: Egg tart, fancy style.
Puff pastry, of course. Gruyere cheese, carmelized shallots, home smoked bacon, egg custard (eggs, ricotta cheese, thyme and rosemary from garden, black pepper). 300F in convection for 25 minutes.
