I spoke to someone on TikTok last night who voted for Trump but now realizes they should’ve voted for Harris. I tried to be nice but got increasingly more annoyed, which he didn’t appreciate. But like… HOW? It’s not even been a month! Did you not think about it until it was too late? JFC.

Elections should come with a buyers' remorse clause. If, *before* the inauguration, the person elected reneges on too many election promises, and turns out to be an absolute lemon , it should be possible to trigger a do-over!

Trump got just under 50%, which would trigger a runoff if we had the same rules as the French. We should replace the electoral college with the French system, where there’s a chance to vote again if no candidate gets 50% of the vote in the 1st round.
