tiva @handle.invalid · 18/01/2026i guess it can be an intellectual signal in circles who respect the genre. when part of your identity (to whatever extent) gets coopted by outsiders it can sting. i also googled and it seems like it is way more popular in the west than i assumed, haha. not in my corner of the world! 000
