Took a quick look at Twitter to see if I was missing anything/anyone and there was a literal pro-Hitler account being pushed to my timeline.
Nothing subtle - a straight 'Yay Hitler!' tweet. Insane.
I'd kept app around, even though I wasn't posting, but might be time to delete everything.
