good friends celebrate your achievements and go "yay yippie yaaay" when good things happen to you and you grow as a person. never take "I'm jealous of you" as a compliment as flattering as it might seem at first it kinda means they're gonna get schadenfreude when something bad happens to you

im really gulity of saying "i'm jealous of you" because i have a really bad sense of envy!!! It fucking SUCKS when my friends fail tho. So this isnt always the case!!!! but its still something to look out for

like u definitely want to know people u can vent to who will listen to what bad things you go through and support you but if they only want to hear the negative things and never want to listen to the positive things that.. is weird.. and that bullies often pretend to be friends and are good at it
