Jenna Stoeber @thejenna.bsky.social · 29/01/2024My secrets are SO SO BASIC. We use Audacity for recording and editing audio for BCBP because it is free and easy! It is a good place to start as a beginner because it's fairly streamlined. 230
Diana, a pinecone @misspinecone.bsky.social · 27/03/2024Hi! Can I ask a follow up question? 🥲 Do you use one audio track, or does everyone have their own tracks and you edit some separately? 🤔 I'm wondering whether I'm adding more work for myself by doing multiple tracks plus some background music 🫠 100
Jenna Stoeber @thejenna.bsky.social · 27/03/2024Depends on how much editing/cutting you want to do! We (and most shows) record individual tracks because it makes it possible to cut stuff. If it's all one recording and someone sneezes or something, you can't cut that. Up to you! 110
