To be fair, the quantity and quality of “star quality“ isn’t defined, simply compared. In other words, Kemi Badenoch has as little “star quality“ as Ruth Davidson. Taking fairness further, at least Baroness Ruthie didn’t drag the SCU down quite as far as the useless Russell Findlay.
