McGarvy @mcgarvy.bsky.social · 27/08/2026I don’t think we’re clearing a path for AOC as much as we’re starting the organizing process early to maximize chances of success. I’d see your point if there was another serious DSA candidate for 2028, but there just isn’t right now. 210
McGarvy @mcgarvy.bsky.social · 27/08/2026Bernie is too old and isn’t running again, Zohran and Melat Kiros aren’t eligible (yet), Abdul and Troy Jackson aren’t affiliated with DSA, and Tlaib/Lee/Casar haven’t expressed any interest in running. AOC really is the only viable option for a DSA endorsement in 2028. 000
