The main reason, I have to restart like 5 times. Roland did not really mentioned I have to disconnect my USB drivers when restarting the PC.
Resulted me thinking my PC USB ports are busted, to fix this I have to remove the driver from PC devices and reboot again.
Then connect it again and restart.
