For the people who take a drug and only see a little benefit or no benefit . . .it could be b/c it's not a cure for them or because those people have tissue damage. 130
ME/CFS Science @mecfsscience.org · 04/12/2025Ok, but even in those who are not cured, it's quite difficult to find tissue damage, and there also isn't a consistent pattern of continuous deterioration. So think it's possible (but not proven) that in many patients the disease does not cause degenerative tissue damage. 140
